SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the personal SMS notification service operated by Courtney Lam at courtneylamdmd.com. By opting in, you agree to the following.

Program Description When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated text messages consisting of budget transaction confirmations, spending summaries, account reminders, and replies to messages you initiate.

Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your activity and the notifications you request.

Cost Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt Out You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in data or phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
